Since graduating in 2001 with a degree in Law, James has focused on building a successful career in recruitment. With two years spent in retail recruitment, he joined Park Street People in May 2003.
In 2005, Park Street People's management team identified James as someone who could help take the company forward at the highest level. Taking full responsibility for internal recruitment, training and development, he became a Company Director in 2011.&nbsp;
He now masterminds the overall business strategy and has pushed for greater recruitment specialism within the business. With a passion for encouraging best recruitment practice, James continues to manage a number of key long-term clients.

James Bessant

Suzanne forms part of the Executive Team alongside fellow Director James. Having been a key driver in the success of Park Street People for over 20 years, she currently heads up the pharmaceutical division. With a dedicated, professional and driven approach, Suzanne is highly motivated to see both her clients succeed and her candidate&rsquo;s progress forward in their careers.
Having worked for Park Street People since 1997, she has seen the business go through tremendous change over the years and she is passionate about seeing all our consultants grow and flourish under her leadership.
Away from work, Suzanne has a keen interest in running and yoga and can regularly be seen pounding the roads of Windsor and Ascot. She also loves traveling with her family and enjoys cooking and has recently started experimenting with Moroccan cuisine following a trip to Marrakesh. Suzanne was also a classically trained opera singer before she entered into the world of recruitment!

Jocelyn specialises in mid to senior level hires primarily within pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Her strong network allows her to take a blended strategy with all hires, working closely in partnership with clients to ensure all stakeholders are fully engaged to achieve the best possible hire.
With a Masters Degree in International Relations, Jocelyn is passionate about travel and loves exploring the culture and cuisine of different European cities. She also has an unhealthy knowledge about British politics - please don't start an argument with her on this topic!

Jenny has worked with Park Street People since 2007 having finished a degree in Performing Arts in 2006. With a short spell in customer care roles, Jenny adapted to recruitment with ease. One of our most experienced consultants, in her time at Park Street she has attained the&nbsp;Diploma in Recruitment Practice.

Since joining Park Street People in March 2019, Terry has become an asset in Office Support Recruitment (EA/PA, Administrators, HR Advisors and IT Helpdesk). As a working mother who spent over 20 years not in an office environment, she understands how hard it can be to secure an opportunity whilst showing what your potential could bring to an employer. Having been through this, Terry can provide you guidance in securing a great new role.
Terry is eager to partner with candidates and clients who value the personal touch of someone who genuinely cares about providing exceptional levels of support through the recruitment process. An EMEA SSC (Shared Service Centre) for an international FMCG business, based in Frimley, are looking for a Collections &amp; Rebates Analyst with fluent/ native level German to join their Accounts Receivable department on a permanent basis. Please note that visas/(Pre-)Settled Status are required. Sponsorship is not available for this role/ This role is a mixture of a classic AR/Credit Collections role combined with more investigatory work to support customers with financial queries regarding their invoices &amp; promotional discounts. You'll be responsible for monthly/quarterly/annual analysis, closure and reporting of accounts. It is a good opportunity for those looking to move away from a pure collections role who would want more varied accounting exposure OR someone looking to gain experience in an investigatory role within the AR team. Ideally, you'll have varied accounting/financial experience and have worked with SAP or a similar ERP + intermediate Excel (Pivot tables and V-Lookups). German Accounts Receivable Analyst

Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, is currently looking for a first line IT Support with fluent/native German language skills to join their team in Chester on a full time, 12-month temporary basis (35 hours per week).Extensive training and support will be provided to ensure a successful transition into this role. IT Customer Service with German

Our client, a well-established manufacturing company is currently looking for a German to English Translator to join their team on a 12-month temporary contract. As a Translator, you will work as part of a team translating technical documents from German into English. Your expertise will ensure accurate and effective translation of technical documents contributing to the seamless operation of international projects. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: 
<ul>
<li>Translate technical documents and other materials from German to English</li>
<li>Ensure translations are accurate, clear, and culturally appropriate</li>
<li>Collaborate with various departments to understand specific terminology and context</li>
<li>Proofread and edit translations to ensure high quality and consistency</li>
</ul>
The successful candidate will be a native level English speaker with excellent knowledge of German that you'd acquired through your degree. In addition, you will possess, excellent attention to detail as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
