We are looking for a Senior Banking Analyst to join the European Accounting team for a global research organisation working on the provision of innovative R&amp;D services. A welcoming company with a real focus on collaboration and people, it is a great place to work.
This is offered on a permanent, full-time basis. We are looking for those who can come into the office near Edinburgh 5 days/week, so you must either live within a commutable distance or be willing to relocate and be happy with office-based work.
Supporting a number of countries across Europe, you will be responsible for supporting with a range of banking transactions on a daily basis. These will include:
<ul>
<li>Bank Reconciliation in line with sterling and currency accounts</li>
<li>Multi-currency payments</li>
<li>Travel expenses</li>
<li>Creating cashflow forecasts and reviewing daily bank balances</li>
<li>Cash Repatriations and monthly netting payments</li>
<li>Handling multi-currency transfers and assisting with expenses entry and reconciliation</li>
</ul>
Treasury experience with multicurrency exposure is therefore required. Ability to work in a busy role where attention to detail is key SAP knowledge European language&nbsp;

Senior Banking Analyst

An established services provider based in Oxford is seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their team on an 18 month Fixed Term Contract.
Working as part of a small finance team, the successful candidate will be tasked with a range of responsibilities, which will include:
<ul>
<li>Handling payments, supplier invoices and raising purchase orders</li>
<li>Monthly Bank Reconciliation and following up on outstanding payments</li>
<li>Preparing monthly reports and balance sheet reconciliations</li>
<li>Supporting the wider team with paperwork related to VAT returns</li>
</ul>
This role is likely to suit a finance/accounting professional with some experience in an Accounts Payable position. An AAT qualification is advantageous but not essential. In addition, you will possess excellent Microsoft Excel knowledge and good analytical skills. The ideal candidate will be numerical, have good communication skills and be a team player.

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Supervisor - Order &amp; Claims Management to head up a newly formed team in Stockley Park, part of the EMEA Shared Services team of a major, international consumer goods corporation with a multi-billion dollar turnover.
First and foremost, we need someone with previous supervisory or management experience. You'll be supervising a multilingual team of 10+, so it would be advantageous if you have supervised at least 5+ people in a multilingual environment.
Additionally, foreign languages are a massive bonus (particularly French &amp; Spanish).
We are open to the industry background, so can consider call centre managers; customer service team leads/supervisors, or those from AR/Credit Control environments - as long as you have experience of leading a team, training and development and ideally you'll have conducted quarterly/year-end performance reviews.
