We are delighted to confirm that Héloïse is currently on maternity leave and is due to return to work with Park Street People in July 2022. Héloïse has recently joined the team after 3 years with British Airways, the last 2 of which saw her working in Human Resources in the Waterside Head Offices. Largely focusing on grievances and disciplinaries, she has worked alongside senior business management, as well as various areas of the business. With this exposure to HR in a corporate environment, Héloïse specialises in HR recruitment for Park Street People; her niche areas of focus fall within HR shared service centres and multilingual HR specialists. With a 2:1 degree in French, Spanish and Italian from the University of Exeter in 2014, she is a confident communicator in four languages which aides both her candidates and clients in ensuring a thorough and detailed assessment process is conducted for all language speaking hires. Through her time with BA initially working as cabin crew and having a father as a pilot, Héloïse has travelled the world from a very young age. So wherever you’re from or have an interest in visiting, it’s likely she’ll be very happy to discuss her experiences!

Since graduating in 2001 with a degree in Law, James has focused on building a successful career in recruitment. With two years spent in retail recruitment, he joined Park Street People in May 2003. In 2005, Park Street People's management team identified James as someone who could help take the company forward at the highest level. Taking full responsibility for internal recruitment, training and development, he became a Company Director in 2011.&nbsp; He now masterminds the overall business strategy and has pushed for greater recruitment specialism within the business. With a passion for encouraging best recruitment practice, James continues to manage a number of key long-term clients.

​Heading up PSP's language team is Jenny. Her consistency and focused attitude is legendary within the business and her determined approach ensures her clients and candidates always receive exemplary levels of service.Focusing on language driven roles, you’ll find Jenny meeting or liaising with bilingual and trilingual speakers on a daily basis. From administration to sales, translation to technical support, if your business requires a language speaker, then there’s no better person to approach.Jenny has worked with Park Street People since 2007 having finished a degree in Performing Arts in 2006. With a short spell in customer care roles, Jenny adapted to recruitment with ease. One of our most experienced consultants, in her time at Park Street she has attained the&nbsp;Diploma in Recruitment Practice.

As PSP's most experienced consultant (16&nbsp;years and counting as well as&nbsp;a two-year hiatus at Michael Page),&nbsp;Jocelyn brings a wealth of knowledge and professionalism to the team and has a measured, yet personable approach.Her dedication to delivery is second to none: she provides a thorough service, with the overall viewpoint that recruitment is a positive means of change and transformation for both candidate and client alike.&nbsp;Jocelyn specialises in digital and technology hires, from mid to senior level primarily within the tech, pharmaceutical and science&nbsp;sectors. Her strong network allows her to take a blended strategy with all hires, working closely in partnership with clients to ensure all stakeholders are fully engaged to achieve the best possible hire.With a Masters Degree in International Relations, Jocelyn is passionate about travel and loves exploring the culture and cuisine of different European cities. She also has an unhealthy knowledge about British politics - please don't start an argument with her on this topic!

Possessing a wealth of recruitment experience (over 7 years with his previous agency), Steven joined Park Street People in 2021 to continue to grow our client base across the UK.Steven's passion for developing mutually beneficial business relationships comes through strongly whenever you speak to him. Focusing on adding value at every stage for the client (and candidate), he is a goal orientated and target driven consultant who will push at all stages to attract the right talent for your business. Outside of work, Steven is a big Chelsea fan who loves to spend as much quality time with his wife and young son.

Suzanne forms part of the Executive Team alongside fellow Director James. Having been a key driver in the success of Park Street People for over 20 years, she currently heads up the pharmaceutical division. With a dedicated, professional and driven approach, Suzanne is highly motivated to see both her clients succeed and her candidate’s progress forward in their careers.&nbsp;Having worked for Park Street People since 1997, she has seen the business go through tremendous change over the years and she is passionate about seeing all our consultants grow and flourish under her leadership.&nbsp;Away from work, Suzanne has a keen interest in running and yoga and can regularly be seen pounding the roads of Windsor and Ascot. She also loves traveling with her family and enjoys cooking and has recently started experimenting with Moroccan cuisine following a trip to Marrakesh. Suzanne was also a classically trained opera singer before she entered into the world of recruitment!

Since joining Park Street People in March 2019, Terry has become an asset in Office Support Recruitment (EA/PA, Administrators, HR Advisors and IT Helpdesk). As a working mother who spent over 20 years not in an office environment, she understands how hard it can be to secure an opportunity whilst showing what your potential could bring to an employer. Having been through this, Terry can provide you guidance in securing a great new role.Terry is eager to partner with candidates and clients who value the personal touch of someone who genuinely cares about providing exceptional levels of support through the recruitment process. Recruitment, for clients and candidates, can be dauting, however Terry believes that with the right support there is a great opportunity for everyone.Away from work, Terry enjoys running and horse-riding. She also loves travelling and enjoys going out for meals with her family.
