Managing inbound calls at a busy virtual services centre, you will be taking messages and handling customer calls ranging from inquiries through to grievances. With an impeccable telephone manner and confident computer skills, you will be a very professional individual and be used to providing top-of-the-line customer service. You will work 5 days of the week between the hours of 8am and 8pm but will need to be available to work any of the 7 days of the week.

Key responsibilities for this role will include:

• Call handling and monitoring

• Data collection and recording

• Writing Reports

• Customer Service and handling

Looking to develop a career within elite customer services while working in an award-winning environment, you will bring with you previous customer service experience, a good level of patience, and previous work within a similar area. Looking to work full time, you will be able to commit to your shift pattern on a permanent basis. Someone who is motivated by a fast-paced environment, you will be looking to build a long-term stable career within a quality business. Due to the nature of the business, you may need to work bank holidays, however a generous benefits system is in place for a long-term member of staff.
