We are currently looking for a National, UK-wide Account Executive for an international consumer goods manufacturer, part of a $7 billion turnover, global organisation.
The individual will manipulate and visualise the data that is reported by your clients to inform and influence change and growth, so we want someone who is adept in Excel (and any other reporting/visualisation tools) in addition to a background in Account Management/Sales, who will be able to create 12 month sales forecasting reports.
We want someone ideally with a background related to retail, with the ability to help grow customers in the traditional retail space as well as online sales, so digital/ecommerce account management experience is also preferable.
Industry-wise, consumer goods (in particular, ceramics, white goods, DIY, textiles etc), but this is flexible.
The role is nationwide and a company car is provided, however the majority of meetings are now conducted via Teams, so maximum travel would be a combined total of 1 week/month. Other than that, it is a remote role and can be based anywhere in England.
This could suit a regional Account Manager looking to step into a National role, or an Account Exec looking for the next step up. BD/general sales backgrounds also considered, but the data and sales forecasting is very important.
