Our client is based in Reading, Berkshire. A successful company with a long history as a market leader within the UK, they are currently looking to recruit a UK Sales Administrator to join their team. This role requires some knowledge of French. Fluency is not essential but it needs to be at an intermediate level. This is a varied administrative position working to support a busy sales team. Key duties include:  Processing orders  Imputing customer details into the database  Keeping all contract documentation up to date and accurate  Raising invoices  Answering phones and dealing with customer service enquiries  Liaising with the shipping department to ensure all orders are dispatched on time This would be an ideal role for a candidate with some previous administration experience, particularly those who've worked in a sales environment. Long-term there is the possibility of progressing into a sales role or taking on greater administrative responsibilities.
