Our client is based in Reading, Berkshire. A successful company with a long history as a market leader within the UK, they are currently looking to recruit a UK Sales Administrator to join their team. This role requires some knowledge of French. Fluency is not essential but it needs to be at an intermediate level. This is a varied administrative position working to support a busy sales team. Key duties include: Processing orders Imputing customer details into the database Keeping all contract documentation up to date and accurate Raising invoices Answering phones and dealing with customer service enquiries Liaising with the shipping department to ensure all orders are dispatched on time This would be an ideal role for a candidate with some previous administration experience, particularly those who've worked in a sales environment. Long-term there is the possibility of progressing into a sales role or taking on greater administrative responsibilities.
