We are currently recruiting for a UK Payroll Manager to head up a team of 3, managing payroll for circa 2000 employees across multiple business units on a monthly basis.
Available due to internal changes and restructuring, we are looking for someone who has managed monthly payroll for multiple locations and/or multiple business units. Someone with exposure to payment and timesheets of casual workers in a hospitality environment in addition to corporate experience would be ideal.
The company are transitioning from ADP Freedom to ADP iHCM, so experience with this software is advantageous, but not a deal-breaker. It would be more beneficial if you have been involved with a system/ERP migration before so that you understand the challenges and complexities involved with upgrades + the experience of working closely with the external software provider.
Due to the ever-changing nature of the business, we are looking someone who wants to join a business for the long-term (think 5+ years) who is able to embrace and support continuous improvements, automations and structural changes. This is a business who have strong retention rates and need someone who is going to help them to continue to thrive.
As a result of Covid, this will be part-office:part-home based, with flexibility to work in the office either a couple of days per week or 1 week per month, during the monthly payroll run. Therefore, although based in Gloucester, we can consider those willing to commute from locations such as Reading, Oxford, Bristol, Birmingham, Coventry, Cardiff etc.
