Our client is a specialist global IT company based near Bracknell, Berkshire. They have a large European presence and due to expansion, they require a Spanish Customer Service Representative ideally to start immediately. The suitable candidate will be tri-lingual and will speak either fluent English and Spanish + fluent French, Italian or German. You will be speaking to clients over the phone, and processing their orders and providing full administrative support to the team. Great communication skills required. Attention to detail and an organised personality is therefore essential. You will need to be PC literate and fully competent on Excel and Word.
