Joining the training department of this busy company, you will provide support to the team as they work to initiate training and support throughout the business. You will manage internal processes such as incoming calls, travel arrangements, maintaining records of holidays and sickness, coordinating diaries, and organising field visits for the training manager and field based personnel. Other key responsibilities in this role will include: • Preparing departmental correspondence and presentation materials • Order stock of marketing material • Liaising with external agencies and suppliers • General secretarial/administrative support to the team Using your previous experience as an administrator and secretary, you will be a confident communicator as well as having strong PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills. For this role you must be a very organised individual who is self-motivated and able to manage your own time. It is important that you are a team player and have a good eye for detail and accuracy. Any previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry would be an advantage to your application.
