Our client, a leading global organization within the Pharmaceutical industry, is currently recruiting for a Training Manager to specialize in Global Drug Safety and Risk Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, execution and maintenance of all training plans for this area and the coordination and provision of training to the Global Safety Network. You will also be responsible for the development of training materials, and the production of training compliance reports. You will work in collaboration with senior level executives including the Associate Director, Local Drug Safety Offices, Safety Training and Safety Operations Coordinator, Quality Assurance within GDSRM to provide full cycle training management for the company. To be considered, you must have knowledge of the European Pharmacovigilance Legislation including risk management, experience in training preparation and administration and sound knowledge of databases used for Drug Safety. You must have the ability to capture attention and motivate a team around discussion. This will require excellent communication skills, the ability to motivate and engage, as well as the strive for continuous improvement. The successful candidate must also have the willingness to travel and the willingness to occasionally work at unusual times to provide training to people located in different time zones.
