My client, a global IT software vendor, is seeking a Training Manager to take ownership of and manage their newly-formed academy for business partner training programs. Based in central London and reporting to the business unit manager for business-to-business services, this is a challenging and exciting position offering excellent opportunity for development and to make significant impact to a rapidly growing global enterprise. Key responsibilities will be to manage the training academy, including courses, accreditations, materials, web resources for existing products; to create and deploy training features for new products/services; to manage of partner relations, and to market the academy to new channel partners and all related CRM activity. The successful applicant will have direct experience of managing business partner ‘academy’ training programs within the IT sector, be able to demonstrate solid channel management experience, have a self-starting and creative-thinking approach, and be a natural problem-solver.
