Our client, a leading learning services provider, is looking to recruit a Training Course Liaison Manager to work in their Berkshire offices. In this role, the successful candidate will manage the Training Course schedule and Trainer's diaries. This will also mean interacting with the internal and external sales teams, providing excellent customer service and ensuring effective use of all Instructors and the training facilities. You will be managing a team of instructors and their diaries including actual training time, preparation time and ensuring there is sufficient cover for holiday and sickness periods. The induction of new trainers will also be one of your responsibilities. Maintaining the in-house system will allow you to keep up to date on all trainer activities and to produce a variety of reports as required to assist with ensuring all facilities and resources are utilised to the optimum rate. The ideal candidate for this position would have proven experience within a busy office environment. They'll also have exceptional organising skills, with an ability to multi-task, work methodically (sometimes under time-pressure) and an ability to make decisions.
