The Opportunity Working within a fast-paced team, you will take on a range of opportunities from managing all inbound calls to your teams and provide administrative support for paperwork, to booking events and ensuring that necessary requirements are taken care of prior to those events. You will have interaction with clients as you ensure that their training is booked and that the attendees are up to date with invites and timings. This is a very detail-oriented role and is well-suited to someone who likes to work in pressurised and demanding environments. Key Responsibilities • Events bookings, scheduling training, and subsequent equipment and locations • Inbound customer calls • Appointment/Events reminders • Other ad-hoc administrative needs The Candidate This role is ideally suited to someone who is a strong communicator and who has excellent organisational skills.
