Our client, an international speciality pharmaceutical group, is looking to recruit a Training Administrator. You will be responsible for the administration of various internal training sessions and departmental meetings, production of materials for use during sessions and ensuring that all the training is documented correctly in terms of attendance, materials used and feedback on the events. You will be acting as administrative support to the department manager so will also be carrying out duties such as diary management, organising travel arrangements and ensuring expenses are completed correctly. Candidates should be educated to degree level or will have equivalent experience. You will have strong IT skills including Visio or PowerPoint and outstanding organisational and communication skills.
