This is an exciting opportunity for a Tender Support Analyst to join a leading UK supply chain and logistics company based in Gerrards Cross.

Joining the Supply Chain management team, you will be responsible for delivering all administrative aspects of tender management from creation of bid responses to overseeing the tender library.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all administrative aspects of tender management including project management and gathering of information for assigned tenders
  • Assist with the development of the company’s tender library
  • Draft proposal responses from a variety of stakeholders involving contributions from sales, marketing and product teams
  • Support the Global Tender Manager with stakeholder management

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a tender support role particularly within a supply chain/freight forwarder setting
  • Experience of developing proposals
  • Strong MS Office and time management skills
  • Proactive individual with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
