The Opportunity: Our client has a requirement for an Administrative Assistant within a busy fast paced team. The role has varied duties and the successful candidate would enjoy multi-tasking and have good communication skills. The role is full time temp on-going with the opportunity to go permanent for the right person. Key Responsibilities: * General office duties, filing and printing off plans * Answering telephone calls for the team and use own initiative with calls * Data inputting, preparing letters, file management and photocopying * Schedule meetings and book rooms The Candidate A self-motivated and driven individual who can work using own initiative within a team. Good PC and communication skills including word/excel/powerpoint and a confident telephone manner.
