The Opportunity A temporary contract has arisen within one of our long-standing clients for an accounts administrator. Using your credit control skills, you will work to ensure that all accounts are in good order. Experienced in the use of Sage Line 50, you will also be responsible for taking care of purchase invoices and inputting credits, reconciling purchase statements, controlled queried invoices, and maintaining the customer invoice database. You will also be responsible for any other ad-hoc administrative duties that may arise, including compiling office stationery, general office support, and assisting with ISO paperwork. Key Responsibilities • Credit control and payment chasing • Maintenance of customer invoice records • Producing and Reconciling purchase statements • Controlling queried invoices • General Office administration The Candidate Well-versed in the credit control/bookkeeping fields, you will be currently looking to take on a temporary contract within a family-run business. Quite adaptable, you will be prepared to put yourself to any task that comes your way. Detail oriented, you will be able to easily maintain current databases of invoices and be able to address queries as they arise. You will also be confident over the telephone as this role does depend highly on your customer interaction skills.
