The Opportunity Taking on a role within a busy team, you will be responsible for providing support on an office-wide basis. As someone who is familiar with Excel, PowerPoint, HTML, and social media (including Facebook, Twitter, etc), you will be helping the office as they prepare for events and presentations. Able to take on inbound calls and provide support on internal communications, you will be a proactive individual who is keen to develop a career within the events field. This role is for a start at the beginning of July and is an on-going temporary role for approximately 6 months. Key Responsibilities • Internal communication management • Social media management • Liaison with internal and external participants for meetings • Support for presentation creation • General office administrative support The Candidate Available to start in July, you will be prepared to commit to approximately 6 months of temporary work. This role is full of opportunity for the right individual and therefore is looking ideally for someone interested in working within an events field. You will be a confident user of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and be able to write engaging copy for the various social media outlets in use. With excellent time management skills and a good eye for detail, you will be ready to support the team in whatever ways necessary and be a full participant in the office environment. Due to the location, parking is not always available.
