An innovative and cutting edge consultancy, my client is recruiting for a Temporary Contracts Secretary/Administrator to join a busy and friendly office environment. This role is a temporary contract from 22nd August 2011 - 28th October 2011. Supporting Sales, Management and Site teams, you will be assisting with maintenance of the inhouse database, ensuring legal compliance and providing bids and tender support. Responsibilities include: Health and Safety support Preparation of presentations and proof reading Taking minutes Managing the team diary Stationery and managing deliveries and visitors to the site General Administration The ideal candidate will be well organised with excellent communication skills and extensive administrative experience. You must have excellent MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint skills.
