Our client, a major international company, is seeking an experienced Medical Administrative Assistant. This role is a fixed term contract with a minimum of 12 months. The role involves providing all round administration and secretarial support to the Medical Administrator. Duties would include but not be limited too - managing travelling requirements for the Medical Department, arranging internal and external meetings, data entry, filing and diary management. Experience of dealing with these duties in previous positions is absolutley essential specifically in booking European travel and venue sourcing, liaison and booking. The successful candidate must be confident with IT (word, excel, outlook and powerpoint), be highly organised and comfortable working in a fast paced environment. You must also have first class written and spoken English. A basic knowledge of medical terminology or a willingness to learn medical terminology would be an advantage but not essential.
