The Opportunity Working within a telesales environment, you will field inbound and outbound calls, providing top of the line customer service and working to provide support to the main telesales team. Quick on your feet, with good order processing skills, you will also provide assistance in resolving any customer account or delivery issues. As this is a close, tight-knit team, you will find that being proactive will introduce you to extra opportunities and allow you to have a certain amount of autonomy in determining what responsibilities you will take on. Very adept in your IT skills, you will be competent in your use of Outlook, Word, Excel, and preferably some CRM systems. It is essential that you see yourself as a team player, and that you know you will be joining a team that goes the extra mile on a consistent basis. You will need to have a strong research aptitude and be self-motivated, and hard-working.
