Our client, an integrated information and media company in London, is recruiting for a Telesales Executive to join their Exhibitions division on an initial 6 month fixed term contract basis. The Exhibitions division within the company are responsible for building a portfolio of international events within their target markets. The function of the role is to generate revenue for shows through the sales of exhibition space and sponsorship opportunities. The successful candidate must be driven and proactive with a hunger for achieving results and generating revenue for the business. This is a heavily telephone based role, therefore excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner is essential. Main duties within this role will include identifying and sourcing new business opportunities, maintaining and improving relationships with existing clients, maintaining database records to ensure all information is up to date, and assisting with the planning, production and delivery of various exhibition and events when required. To be considered, you must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of being proactive to achieve results, and you must have a genuine interest in exhibitions and events.
