Our client, an international provider of outsourced marketing services and solutions for well-known global clients, is looking to recruit a Telemarketing Vendor Manager. Working to KPI’s you will be managing relationships with both clients and suppliers, utilising best practice methods and working to achieve marketing objectives while maintaining compliance with the appropriate industry guidelines and regulations. You will have multiple telephony channels to help you coordinate and drive campaign performance and will be expected to look for and implement new opportunities to help you do so. Working in conjunction with the Director of Marketing Strategy and Director of Telemarketing you will work towards improving the performance improvement plans. You will also be responsible for communicating the performance of the telemarketing, providing the senior management with data to assist with assessment of performance and carry out reporting on campaigns. The client is ideally looking for a marketing or business graduate, or equivalent, and a CIM diploma and/or experience with OBTM / Inbound / VRU marketing would also be highly desirable. You will be familiar with telemarketing or call centre operations and technologies, and ideally have experience with multiple telemarketing channels.
