Our client, an international provider of outsourced marketing services and solutions for well-known global clients, is looking to recruit a Telemarketing Program Manager. In this role you will be implementing the telemarketing strategy via telephony channels, including inbound calls. You will be responsible for driving campaign performance and finding ways to improve returns. Liaison with external suppliers and client based call operations will require regular travel both nationwide and internationally. You will be working to best-practice methods and within industry guidelines and regulations. The successful candidate will be at degree or equivalent level and ideally have a CIM type qualification. You will have client-facing experience paired with extensive knowledge of telemarketing and call centre operations.
