Our client, a rapidly expanding B2B marketing agency with clients typically within the IT & Telecoms sectors has an exciting opportunity for a Head of Telemarketing to join their team. The key role of the Telemarketing Manager is to manage the delivery of telephone based B2B communications and to ensure that the telemarketing campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and of a high quality. The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in a B2B telemarketing / telesales environment and some experience of team and task management with teams of at least five people. Candidates with client side sales management exposure will also be considered favourably. Our client is looking for someone with a proactive ‘can do’ attitude with a strong interest in developing both professionally and personally. You must be flexible outgoing and confident with strong leadership skills. It is essential that you posess a working knowledge of all standard IT packages. You should also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and have the ability to demonstrate effective time management, manage a varied workload, work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
