We are currently seeking Telemarketing Executives for our Reading-based client to work on a US campaign. Due to the campaign involving calling US companies, the hours of work are 1.45pm-10.30pm (9.15pm finish on a Friday). Our client is a growing marketing agency that offers a new approach to solving complex marketing challenges. They help their clients to create, renew, and communicate their brand through an integrated approach to marketing communications. In this telephone-based role, you will be generating leads by conducting research. You will be speaking to senior decision makers to identify potential opportunities. Working on a range of projects, you will engage IT professionals in conversation about selected products and offers, building a profile and entering accurate information on the database. Ideally you will be educated to degree level or be of equivalent calibre, with excellent listening skills and a good level of Excel and Word. You will also ideally have experience in a telephone-based role, coming across as confident, articulate and professional as you must be able to communicate effectively with senior managers, alongside dealing with reception staff and other gatekeepers.
