Our client based in the Bracknell area is looking to recruit a Telemarketing Executive to work closely with their sales and account management teams. The purpose of this role is to generate appointments with prospective customers for the sales team and to maintain and update the CRM system. You will be capturing detailed data through telephone activity to be used for accurate financial forecasting. You will be expected to generate good quality calls while ensuring your minimum number of business calls per day is met; this will enable you to go on and meet your monthly target. Our client is looking for a team player and someone who will suggest new initiatives to develop the department. Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and self motivated individual who is organised, confident and professional and comfortable working within a target driven environment. It is required that you have past experience within a telesales or telemarketing environment, in particular with experience of cold calling. You must be confident using Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint and have the ability to problem solve and multi task. Accuracy and attention to detail are also essential. Due to the location of our client you will ideally need to drive.
