The Opportunity Making outbound calls to UK and Irish based customers and potential customers, you will work to establish new relationships with resellers. Managing the current accounts of dealers and resellers in the UK and Ireland, you will also be involved in the order processing for your clients, and help to resolve any account issues. Assisting with face-to-face sales and working at occasional trade shows and account visits, you will be quite hands-on in your approach to account management. Key Responsibilities • Cold calling and new account creation • Management of current accounts and development of reseller and dealer relationships • Order Processing • Resolving customer account and delivery issues • Assisting at face-to-face, and international trade show meetings. The Candidate A proactive and devoted individual, you will be happy to work on cold calling throughout your role, and will not be afraid to take the lead on new projects. With good account management skills, you will be able to handle demanding clients with diplomacy and tact, but as most of your work will be on the phone, your communication skills are essential to the success of this role. Someone with strong IT skills would excel in this role and you must have driven, self-motivated personality.
