Our client, an IT software company based in Weybridge, is recruiting for a Technical Support Specialist to join their team on a one year contract basis. The purpose of the role is to provide technical support to customers and partners of the company. You will work on the service desk as part of a team delivering professional and knowledgeable assistance at all times. Main duties include: • Logging issues via phone, email and web • Preparing technical reports • Providing updates to internal sources The successful candidate will have an excellent knowledge of all up to date IT products and services, and will have the ability to quickly grasp the functions of the company’s products and services. You must have some experience of IT hardware industry. This position requires a candidate with excellent customer facing and communication skills, with a professional and mature but friendly manner.
