Our client is seeking a Multilingual Technical Support Specialist to join their team (fluent English + French or Spanish). This role forms an essential part of supplying technical support to their client-base and involves a mixture of helpdesk and external project implementation work. Your duties will include the following: · Providing implementation and technical support services to customers and partners · Prepare both briefing and detailed technical reports as required · Carry out proactive monitoring of all service requests assigned to you with appropriate action taken to expedite closure · Liaise closely with the Product Support team to identify product defects · Performing analysis, implementation and repairs on customer sites when required You will have good Working knowledge of Server OS, PC Applications & Networking (Win2000/3 Server) and strong SQL Server deployment, optimisation and trouble shooting skills. VOIP Technology and HP Server Configuration skills are highly desirable as well as a working knowledge of Call Centre Telephony. Ideally you will demonstrate experience of supporting external customers and will be flexible to travel on an international basis as and when required. You must be able to work both independently and as part of a team, flexible in approach and attitude, work well under pressure and with constantly changing priorities. Excellent communication and organisational skills and have a dynamic personality.
