Our client, a leading provider of CRM solutions, is looking for a Technical Service Account Manager to join their team. You will focus on executing the customer strategy and acting as a key point of contact to customers to ensure successful deployment and customer satisfaction. A core element of your role will be to review the service and support relationship providing advice to customers on using the software and maximising results and productivity, through the promotion of training and online support options as well as travel to client sites to support and build the relationship. In this role you will be working closely with customers so the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technical customer service, outstanding communication and presentation skills, experience of face-to-face customer contact and results focused attitude. A level of technical knowledge is required for this role and candidates with a technical degree or background in Contact Centre/CRM Technologies are encouraged to apply. This role will have contact with the EMEA region so fluency in languages such as French, German and Spanish is desirable. Due to the nature of the role there will be extensive travel although this will mainly be within the UK to start with. In return our client is offering a generous basic salary plus company bonus and car allowance.
