Our client, an established manufacturing and automation solutions provider who is primarily present in the pneumatics and hydraulic sectors, is currently recruiting for a Technical Sales Engineer to target clients from a wide variety of industries in the Midlands. In order to succeed in this role, you should ideally be able to manifest experience within the domain of presses and tooling, as well as riveting machinery. Furthermore, the ideal candidate’s employment history will demonstrate a consultative procedure, as opposed to an aggressive and hard-core sales approach. The position essentially combines elements of both, new business development and account management. In order to succeed in this role, it is essential to be self-motivated individual, whose working practice comprises of showing initiative and incentive. You will be field and home based and will therefore have to manage your time efficiently and independently.
