A leader in their field and with an impressive client base of some of the world’s foremost e-commerce driven companies; they are seeking to recruit and experienced Technical Pre-Sales Manager. Based either in the UK or in Germany, the successful applicant will support all global new business development initiatives by providing key technical back-up to the sales force in a client-facing environment. You will consult with new clients during the acquisition process, take responsibility for technical project management of the pre- and post-sales processes, and be the central resource for client queries regarding the technicalities of e-commerce solutions. A minimum of 2-3 years’ previous pre-sales or technical project management within an e-commerce solutions environment is essential; as the ability to demonstrate expert knowledge of e-commerce systems on a technical basis is critical to this role. You will also possess advanced communication skills, and preferably be able to demonstrate previous customer presentation experience. Due to the global nature of our clients’ business, ability to travel across EMEA, APAC and the US is essential.
