Our client, a global telecommunications company, is currently seeking a part time PA on a temporary basis to work as part of a team supporting the company's VP. The sucesssful candidate will be required to work Mon-Fri from 10am - 2pm (or 3pm if a lunch break is taken) Your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to: • Travel bookings • Meeting arrangements • General office administration • Dealing with deliveries • Taking meeting minutes • Ad-hoc duties • Expense filing • Meeting arrangements / co-ordination etc This role would suit a candidate with strong administration skills coupled with excellent organisational skills.
