Our client, an international speciality pharmaceutical group, is looking to recruit a Team Secretary /Administrator on a nine months contract basis to cover maternity leave. The ideal candidate will have a proven secretarial background, possess very strong secretarial, communication and organisational skills and be experienced working at senior management level. Able to multi-task and act with discretion, you will be providing all administrative functions for the departmental director and managers including organisation of travel and meetings, diary management, coordination of training activities, maintaining holiday records and control of office supplies and equipment. The successful applicant will have experience with Word, Excel and Lotus Notes and will be highly IT literate with the ability to master new software.
