The Role Supporting a new business division within a leader in the pharmaceutical industry, you will take on the ongoing support of a Director and a team of sales and marketing professionals, both in the field and the office. Assuming project leads on multiple events and congresses, you will serve as a liaison for internal and external partners, books venues, and manage the diaries of the director and team members in regards to events. You will also be responsible for large amounts of travel bookings, on-boarding of new starters, development of presentation slide decks, and other administrative duties. Key Responsibilities • Travel Booking • Support of field and office based sales/marketing teams • Support of a national director • Event booking • Diary Management • Other administrative tasks. The Candidate To be considered for this opportunity you must have proven experience in a similar role, and experience in the pharmaceutical industry is essential. The following key skills and attributes: - Ability to work in a fast paced environment - Strong IT skills, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Knowledge of Concur expense management system is desirable for this role. - Strong organisational skills, able to prioritise a large and varied workload - Accuracy and attention to detail - Teamwork; with strong interpersonal skills you will be able to work effectively across a cross-functional team.
