Working within a close-knit team, you will bring your previous experience from working within sales and marketing teams to a new fast-paced environment. You will support field sales teams and the head office marketing teams across the business through managing their administrative needs, ensuring meetings are booked to ABPI standard, and that you are producing documentation for those meetings with external contacts. Liaising across departments to ensure that contracts are created correctly for new suppliers and customers, you will also be processing material orders and managing the storage of supplies of all marketing materials. It is essential that you are detail-oriented as you will be booking flights, managing related travel needs for colleagues, and track the departmental budget. You will also be trained to cover the reception when necessary. • Events booking and coordination of events and marketing collateral and reports • Extensive diary management and complex travel arrangements • Supporting the team as the internal information hub for the teams • Assisting colleagues with ad-hoc tasks that need further support The successful candidate will be able to work with limited direction in a fast paced and constantly changing environment; previous experience working to an executive level standard is preferred. For this role we are seeking a demonstrable level of experience within a pressurized environment. Experience of high volume European travel booking is essential to this role, and a familiarity with ABPI code of conduct would be beneficial.
