A great opportunity to further develop your career in talent acquisition with an initial 6 month contract, you will be looking to join an EMEA talent team, focused on securing the best talent in the market. Combining current hires with building an exceptional talent pipeline, you will be passionate about recruiting within the tech world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a busy portfolio of hires across multiple job categories including, sales, marketing, development, product and technical support
- Full 360 talent lifecycle management
- Provision of analysis and data metrics to assist with talent mapping/planning
Key Skills
- A background in talent acquisition/internal recruitment within a European focused organisation in the tech or information technology sector
- Strong resourcing skills
- Full talent lifecycle management experience
- Ability to grow and develop a strong candidate network
- Fluent in German
