Our leading client is looking for a Support Applications Analyst to join their team. This role will involve providing 3rd Line support to their customers. The responsibilities will include; troubleshooting, liaising with internal departments, you will be the main point of contact for critical issues which has been escalated, mentoring new members of the staff and following policies and procedures. To be suitable for this role you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be hardworking, a problem solver, a team player and have strong customer service skills.
