Leading retail manufacturer based in Reading are looking to recruit a Supply Chain / Logistics Coordinator (Customer Service orientated) to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained throughout the order and logistics process. The successful applicant will be familiar with supply chain logistics and import / export documentation (this is prepared by other team members but relates to the order fulfilment process which this person is responsible for). Exposure to shipping and freight rules and regulations is also advantageous (letter of credit, airway bill of lading / air waybill (AWB), Customer Export Declarations etc...). It is essential that you do have previous UK shipping experience as this role is heavily focused around this process. This role will suit a customer orientated professional as you will be the company champion for ensuring the supply chain / logistics process in managed efficiently and in a professional manner. Based in Reading (Berkshire), this role is commutable from locations such as Newbury, Bracknell, Maidenhead, Slough and Basingstoke (Hampshire). Parking is limited at the office location.
