A unique opportunity exists to join a highly successful company selling complementary health products. The focus of the role will be the supply chain management of mainly imported boxed products which are sold either via retail health outlets such as Boots or directly to public. Currently the products are being stocked and distributed from a fulfilment warehouse and this needs to be monitored, managed and customer service levels improved. Duties will include, but not be limited to: Management of Supply Chain - Ordering from suppliers - Logistics - Delivery to clients including end users - Analysis of sales figures Management of the Fulfilment Operation - Stock control - Management of warehouse operations - Management of courier contracts Manage Supplier Contracts Business System Management - Administration of the SRM system - Occasional recruitment of IT consultants for specific projects - User training Quality assurance - Manage ISO9001 - Maintain and update the customer service manual - Maintain and improve company processes Credit control The successful candidate will be an all round trouble-shooter: someone who can be faced with a challenge or issue in any part of the business, assess the situation and implement the appropriate solution.
