Our client, a leading global Pharmaceutical organization, has an excellent opportunity for a first class administrator and document manager. The role will commence 1st February and will initially be for a 3 month contract but could be extended. It is essential that the successful candidate can demonstrate excellent technical ability, meticulous attention to detail and has worked as part of a very busy team. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage dispatch and tracking for Regulatory Affairs. • Assist the regulatory operations responsible person for Regulatory Records. • Provide word processing support for preparation of regulatory submission documentation. • Provide adobe PDF processing support for preparation of regulatory submissions. • Performs quality assurance (QA) checks on submission documents against appropriate document policies & standards (training provided). • Miscellaneous projects/project coordination as assigned. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE • Excellent IT skills including: o MS Office (in particular Word). o Adobe Acrobat (preferred but training provided). • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. • Strong organizational skills, with ability to prioritize and multitask. • Able to work with minimal supervision. • Able to work as part of a team.
