Our client, a fast-paced, dynamic full service marketing communications agency is looking to expand their team by hiring a Studio Traffic Manager to manage work scheduling and people resources. The successful candidate will ideally have agency experience having worked in an artwork/creative role or perhaps an account management position, you will have a sound understanding of how a marketing agency manages project workflow and you will have the ability to manage multiple projects. Within this role key responsibilities will include: receiving project work schedules from the account teams, monitoring the creative/studio briefs at all times and keeping track of the progress of the project. You will also report on any project overruns and shortfalls and be involved with regular project meetings to update on the progress of the project ensuring the overall performance of the agency in terms of delivering client work. Within this varied position your duties will also include monitoring people resources needed in the studio and assisting with recruiting staff as necessary. In addition to the above you will be responsible managing the IT support through the contracted support company and general office management duties. You will possess a driven and professional personality and will be able to integrate into close-knit team at pace to ensure results are achieved.
