Superb opportunity for an individual with skills / background in recruitment to move into a less revenue / business development driven role. This position requires exceptional communication skills and a experience of managing a recruitment lifecycle but is primarily focused on the sourcing of students to attend specific events throughout the UK. Working with an existing database, you will be tasked to attract a diverse range of students primarily through telephone / Skype interviewing the prospective audience for events. You'll demonstrate a proactive and target driven approach ensuring that goals are being achieved on a daily basis. Ideally you will be a driver / have your own transport due to the location of our client's office. This is an ideal role for an experienced resourcer / recruitment consultant who wants to move into a client side role. Based in large, modern offices based in Wallingford (Oxfordshire), this role is commutable from locations such as Reading, Oxford, Didcot, Henley-on-Thames and Newbury.
