Our client, a leading customer relationship management / customer intelligence solutions is looking to recruit a Speech & Data Analyst to join their growing technical service department. You will have a solid and consistent background in driving sales and performing the successful implementation speech and data analytics solutions. Ideally you will have had exposure to contact / call centres and then project managing technical solutions to these environments. You will be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of quality monitoring, audio mining, speech categorization and automated trend analysis. Alongside this, you will have a sound business acumen which enables you to liaise effectively at all levels within blue-chip clients. Taking a consultative approach to all projects, you will advise and train all customers to ensure the end result given to a client is always a success. Based near Epsom (Surrey), this role is commutable by both car and train; however a full driving licence is required to enable you to travel to client sites as and when required. Reasonable commutable locations include Leatherhead, Chobham, Byfleet, Surbiton, Woking, Sunbury, Addlestone, Crawley, Dorking and Guildford. You must be able to work both independently and as part of a team, flexible in approach and attitude, work well under pressure and with constantly changing priorities. Excellent communication and organisational skills and have a dynamic personality.
