Our Reading based client is going through a period of growth and due to this they are looking to recruit a new language speaking candidate into this organisation (Spanish or Italian). This outbound customer service orientated role requires a confident candidate with an excellent level of English. You will have previously have a had exposure to either customer service or telesales style role. Role Description You will be making outbound telephone calls to companies both in the UK and overseas who have an overdue debt with the agency’s clients. This role requires the candidate to speak fluent Spanish or Italian, as it will be covering either areas and markets of the business. Candidates should be aware that to begin with their language skills may only be used around 25% of the time. The remainder of the work will be conducted in English. Based near a train station on the outskirts of Reading, this role is commutable from locations such as Reading, Newbury, Oxford, Didcot, Basingstoke and Aldermaston.
