Our client is looking to a Spanish Customer Service Representative to join their busy and expanding team. This is an EMEA customer service and this role is the only position covering the Spanish territories. This role is a 12 month fixed term contract and will have the opportunity to become permanent at the end of this period. You will be fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken). Fluent English is essential as the successful candidates will be expected to undertake a proportion of work in English if the Spanish workload is quiet. Previous experience in an office-based customer service environment is preferred, as is possessing exceptional communication and administration skills. This is an excellent opportunity to join a large and growing company in a busy and varied position. The salary for this role is around £16-17K per annum. This role is to start with immediate effect so ideal candidates will be able to move quickly into a new position. Based near a train station in Oxfordshire, this role is commutable from locations such as Reading, Bracknell, Oxford, Swindon, Henley-on-Thames and Thatcham.
