Working for a company within the travel sector you will be responsible for providing support to clients in the EMEA. Using your Spanish language skills, you will support these clients through initial enquiries and assisting them with their travel related queries and bookings. You will log details of calls and requests on the systems, and as such must be savvy. Key responsibilities will include: • Call monitoring • Customer support • Diary management • Other administrative tasks For this role, it is essential that you are a confident, polite communicator. With some previous customer service experience, you will be looking to work within a fast-paced and achievements focused environment. This role is well-suited for someone who is proactive and goal-orientated. You will be required to work Monday to Friday 09.00-18.00 and alternate Saturdays 10.00-16.00.
