Using your Spanish language skills, you will support these clients through initial enquiries and connecting them with the right contacts. You will log details of calls and requests on the systems, and as such must be savvy. Key responsibilities will include: • Call monitoring • Customer support • Diary management • Other administrative tasks For this role, it is essential that you are a confident, polite communicator. With some previous customer service experience, you will be looking to work within a fast-paced and achievements focused environment. This role is well-suited for someone who is proactive and goal-orientated.
