Taking on the role of the Enterprise Sales Manager, you will use your strong sales experience to further advance the business in Germany and Northern Europe. With previous experience in software new business and account management, you will drive the sales activities in your territories. Ensuring that each month a robust pipeline has been developed, you will work to drive the adoption of new products by your clients. You need to understand and effectively present ROI models, and ensure that your clients’ needs are presented accurately to product management. It is essential that you are willing and able to travel 30-40% of your time to work with an EMEA team of professionals. This role is open to applicants who are looking to reside in the UK or Germany. Key responsibilities in this role will include • Maintaining a strong and varied monthly sales pipeline • Drive revenue and market share in your territories • Motivate and guide teams in your territories • Negotiate and liaise with C-Level management Fluent in German and experienced in direct and in-direct sales, you will take your previous experience in storage, back-up, and archiving software and use it to develop the assigned regions. It is important that you feel confident communicating at all levels, and that you have a proven track record of managing and leveraging relationships within enterprise accounts.
